Steel Cut Oats

1/2 cup Trader Joe's Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats
1 serving Trader Joe's Soy Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Truvia
1/4 cup Almonds
3 ea Figs
1 ea Asian Apple-Pear
1 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Blueberries

1. Microwave Oatmeal on high for 3 minutes with straight up water. Mixture should be tight when it comes out. (Almost dry and shouldn't wiggle at all).

2. Whisk almond milk and protein with cinnamon and truvia.

3. Fold in oatmeal and nuts.

4. Slice all fruit however you like and fold in. Grab a glass of FRESHLY SQUEEZED OJ and a cup of dark ass coffee.
